Ventilation
The rooms are well ventilated to receive the new guests.
Also we manage our bookings so that there is a 24 hour gap between bookings.
Hand sanitizers
The rooms are thoroughly cleaned and sanitized.
Hand sanitizers are supplied for guests to use on the arrival and during their stay.
Careful cleaning
Specially, we try to disinfect more carefully than before for equipment (such as
glass, teacup, plate, spoon, etc.) that guests touch their mouths.
All hard surfaces such as switches and buttons on equipment and appliances
are wiped with alcohol disinfectant.
Pre-chech-in
To ensure a speedy and safe check-in process we ask guests to provide
the necessary information in advance through e-mail.
Employees wear masks and
practice daily health managemen
All our employees wear masks and exercise safe distance of 2 meters at check in/out.
In addition, we also have a strict policy of hand washing , hand disinfection,
and gargling.
All employees fill out their daily health check sheet which includes taking their
temperature prior to going to work.
They also practice daily health management.

We kindly request our guest corporation with body temperature checks at time of check-in.
※We may refuse to stay if you have symptoms such as fever of 37.5 degrees or more.
Please check your health before you go on a trip.
